The Start-Up

  • Consultation about the role, your organisation’s culture, salary range and ideal candidate profile.
  • We write, post and manage advertisements on relevant job boards (you just cover the cost of the advertisements).
  • We receive, review and shortlist candidates, and conduct phone screening interviews.
  • We design capability and skill assessment tools specific to the role.
  • We provide a summary of candidates as well as our recommended top picks.
  • Included is an interview guide, reference check guide and interviewing tips to help you in the final stages of the recruitment process.
  • Psychometric Testing can also be added to this package for an additional fee (POA).

The Foundation

  • Consultation about the role, your organisation’s culture, salary range and ideal candidate profile.
  • We write, post and manage advertisements on relevant job boards (you just cover the cost of the advertisements).
  • We conduct psychometric assessments for up to 4 candidates.
  • We facilitate the first round of interviews for up to 4 candidates and provide you with our top 2 – 3 recommended applicants.
  • We design capability and skill assessment tools specific to the role.
  • We provide a summary of candidates as well as our recommended top picks.
  • You conduct the second round of interviews.
  • We provide an interview guide and tips to help you select the most suitable candidate for your organisation.
  • Debrief session to assist with decision making.
  • We conduct 1-2 reference checks and provide you with summaries.
  • We contact all of the unsuccessful candidates on your behalf.
  • Psychometric Testing can also be added to this package for an additional fee (POA).

The Executive

  • Consultation about the role, your organisation’s culture, salary range and ideal candidate profile.
  • We write, post and manage advertisements on relevant job boards (you just cover the cost of the advertisements).
  • We receive, review and shortlist candidates, and conduct phone screening interviews.
  • We conduct psychometric assessments for up to 4 candidates.
  • We facilitate the first round of interviews for up to 4 candidates and provide you with a summary of our top 2 – 3 recommended applicants.
  • We will participate in second round interviews if required.
  • We assist with decision making at the conclusion of all interviews.
  • We conduct 1-2 reference checks.
  • We negotiate remuneration package and start date on your behalf.
  • We contact all of the unsuccessful candidates for you.
  • Psychometric Testing can also be added to this package for an additional fee (POA).
