Genos was formed in August 2002 by Swinburne University to bring to the market the first Australian model and measure of emotional intelligence developed by Dr Ben Palmer and Professor Con Stough. Since this time, Genos has grown into an integrated product and service firm now operating in Australia and the UK, with an extensive partner network offering Genos assessments and programs across North America, South America, Europe, India, China, South Africa, South East Asia and New Zealand.
Our team includes experts in assessment and survey design, research, building learning programs, and integrating these to deliver results into businesses. All our coaches and facilitators are credentialed and experienced professionals themselves. We practise what we teach and each share a personal commitment to what we do.

DiSC® Profiling is a tool used for discussion of people’s behavioural differences.
DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. At Zenith HR, we provide DiSC workshops and Analysis…you’ll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behaviour. You’ll then receive tips that help you to work with people of other styles. DiSC provides you and you team with the tools to know yourself and know how to adapt your behaviour to get the most out of your work place interactions.
